LJM Group is conducting a safety culture review for Hyne Group. The results of the review will verify what Hyne Group is doing well, and identify opportunities for further improvement to safety culture.

What you'll need to do:

You will need about 15-20 minutes to complete the survey. Most of the 50 statements are short and require you to choose a response with the following options:

All of your responses will be anonymous. LJM Group compiles all responses and your identity will not be revealed to Hyne Group management.
